My Palm Springs Rentals is collection of owner-managed properties available for vacation rental (30-day minimum) in the Palm Springs area. Due to local ordinances, shorter stays (< 30 days) are not allowed. All of the current properties are condominiums, located in complexes. Each property grants access to community resources, such as pools.
We offer limited rental agreements tailored to meet the needs of both travelers and owners. Our agreements have basic information (tenant information, rental period, pricing, etc.) and are easy to complete. The rental agreements are fully enforceable contracts between the parties.
Tenants work with the unit owner to establish payment terms. Electronic payments are always preferred. Details about the payment policies are included in the limited rental agreement.
We understand life happens. Policies about refunds are disclosed in the limited rental agreement. Depending how far in advance cancellations are provided will help determine refund policies. When units can be re-rented, full refunds can be expected.
You will have a fully stocked and prepared unit. Our housekeeping team ensures clean linens, towels, and basic supplies. Just bring your suitcase and unpack. Our property owners are frequently in the area to meet you at arrival, especially if arrangements are made prior to arrival. We pride ourselves on meeting the travelers’ basic needs. We probably have everything you need. With our convenient locations to grocery stores and farmers’ markets, you can stock up with your perishable items. You may be asked to register your vehicle with the local HOA office.
You should disclose extra guests on the limited agreement. The Desert Cities have occupancy limits, as do many homeowners associations. Our owners require all tenants to comply with local ordinances and HOA rules.
Our team is quite responsive should you have needs arise during your stay. We have handymen available in case something breaks or needs attention. We have personal shoppers available on demand. We have a housekeeping crew available (for a fee) if you want such services.
No, we do not permit sub-letting (part of the city ordinances).
All tenants should call 9-1-1 for any emergency. You can notify our team after the emergency.
No, our units are non-smoking units. If violated, (steep) additional fees will be assessed.
You must negotiate prior to arrival if you plan to have pets. Some of the units do not allow pets. Pet owners must register their pets with the city if their stay is longer than 30 days. A copy of these rules can be found in each unit. Owners may assess a pet cleaning fee (non-refundable) or a pet deposit (refundable).
Yes, all units are equipped with WiFi. Network names and passwords are found in the renter’s guide inside the unit.
